Punjabi singer Sunanda Sharma on Friday sought help from Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and warned her fans about an ongoing fraud taking place under her name. Sunanda Sharma, who has sung superhit songs like ‘Mummy Nu Pasand, ‘ etc., recently accused certain third-party companies and individuals of fraudulently selling fake business rights under her name and deceiving people.
The Punjabi singer who enjoys a whopping 8.8 million followers on Instagram, warned fans to stay alert about these fraudulent activities. She clarified that she has no involvement in any such fraudulent dealings and issued a stern warning to the perpetrators, stating that legal action will be taken against them.
Sunanda Sharma’s detailed note reads, “This is to inform the public, business associates, and all concerned parties that certain individuals/entities are falsely claiming to have exclusive rights over my professional engagements and misleading third parties into believing that I am contractually bound to them. These claims are completely false, fraudulent, unauthorized, and legally baseless.
I wish to clarify that I am an independent artist and I have not granted any individual or entity exclusive rights over my professional assignments, performances, or collaborations. Any person, company, or organization engaging with such individuals/entities is doing so at their own risk and peril. I shall not be responsible for any dealings undertaken through unauthorized persons or entities.”

Sunanda’s post further reads, “Further, I request anyone who has been approached by such individuals/entities or has any information regarding such misrepresentation to immediately report the same to me at the below-mentioned email address. Legal action will be taken against anyone found misrepresenting their association with me or attempting to interfere with my professional engagements.
