Kapil Sharma is not only succeeding as a comedy show host, but now also has a flourishing career in hospitality. Sharma, along with his wife Ginni Chatrath, have opened a cafe in Surrey, a city in British Columbia, Canada. The Kaps Cafe had a soft opening this weekend, glimpses of which were shared on its official Instagram handle.
Along with serving speciality coffee, The Kaps Cafe also boats of a range of desserts on display. These include a lemon pistachio cake, fudgy brownies, and croissants, among others. With a pink and white theme, The Kaps Cafe is adorned with crystal chandeliers, artificial flowers, and baby pink sofas.
On Sunday evening, the official Instagram handle of The Kaps Cafe shared an update on Stories with a video of guests crowding up inside the cafe. “We’re so grateful for the amazing turnout! Thank you for your patience as we do our best to seat everyone. Our cafe is currently experiencing a high volume with a big line-up. We appreciate your support during our soft launch,” it stated.
Both Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath also reposted glimpses of the soft launch on their Instagram Stories, also thanking friends and well-wishers for their warm wishes on the achievement.
