Rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh is gearing up for the release of his much-awaited musical album 51 Glorious Days, which will feature a whopping 51 songs across different genres. Ahead of the launch, the rapper recently hosted a live session with his fans and followers, where he made some bold statements that appeared to be indirect digs at fellow rappers Badshah and Raftaar—artists with whom he has shared a long-standing rivalry.
During the session, Honey Singh addressed criticism about his rap skills, confidently remarking that those who claim he doesn’t know how to rap will soon realize “how rap is actually done.” The Blue Eyes hitmaker added, “Dhoop mein daadi chitti nahin hui,” implying that his years of experience in the industry speak for themselves.
Without directly naming them, Singh also took a swipe at Badshah and Raftaar, stating that people who repeatedly talk negatively about him in podcasts just for “likes and clicks” should reconsider their actions. “Cartoon lag rahe ho,” he said, adding that they are making a mockery of themselves. He concluded by saying he prays for them, hoping that God grants them the wisdom to act more thoughtfully.
