It has been four days since Punjabi singer Rajvir Jawanda met with a tragic road accident, and concerns around his well-being continue to deepen. While his close friends and several Punjabi celebrities had earlier assured fans that he was on the path to recovery, the latest update from the hospital has once again left everyone in shock.
In an official statement released on Tuesday, Fortis Hospital, Mohali, revealed that Jawanda is currently on life support. According to PTI, doctors shared that his neurological condition remains critical following the severe injuries he sustained during the accident. Despite receiving the best possible medical care, the hospital authorities confirmed that there is minimal brain activity and no significant improvement in his health so far.
“He continues to require prolonged ventilator support. The overall prognosis remains guarded,” the statement read.
Meanwhile, Punjabi singers including Mankirt Aulakh, Jass Bajwa, Kulwinder Billa, Ammy Virk, and many others have come forward urging fans and well-wishers to keep Rajvir Jawanda in their prayers, hoping for his speedy recovery.
