Popular Punjabi singer Malkit Singh also known as Golden Star lost his father, Sardar Dharam Singh on May 10. The reason of his death is yet unknown.

The sad news was confirmed on the social media handle of the singer himself where he shared a photograph with his father alongwith a caption, “Bapu ne baha ch lehke menu samjya si, Delhi airport te charaun jado aaya si....There are no goodbyes. Wherever you will be, you will forever be in my heart. Love you always and forever mere Papa Ji maeraaa Rab”
