Diljit Dosanjh, Navneet Kaur Dhillon and Lauren Gottlieb starrer Amabarsariya was released in 2016. The comedy-thriller film was hailed by the fans, but not many of you might be knowing that Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela was initially cast as one of the leads in the film.
In a recent interview, the actress revealed she was cast for the film and did workshop for two weeks. However, the schedule and dates couldn’t align perfectly, and she couldn’t be a part of the film. She explained how one is often sure about the things that could change at the last moment.
Despite not being a part of the film, Urvashi back in 2016 had gone all out to extend her support to the makers. Taking to her Twitter handle she had also written, ” Congratulations for Bumper opening of #Ambarsariya @diljitdosanjh @kmandeep @DheerajRattan May your film create history atBoxOffice.”
