Another recent news that has come is that of Rahul Gandhi who has been tested positive for Covid and is isolating at home. The Congress leader sharing the update on social media tweeted and wrote, “After experiencing mild symptoms, I've just tested positive for COVID. All those who've been in contact with me recently, please follow all safety protocols and stay safe”.
As per reports, Congress MP said he's still at home, as advised by his doctor. He has reportedly not met with his mother and Congress president Sonia Gandhi in the last 12 days. He hasn't met with his sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra either in five days, say his aides. As soon as he shared the update several good wishes for him started to pour. Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted: "I pray for the good health and quick recovery of Lok Sabha MP Shri Rahul Gandhi."
Not only this ex-prime minister, Manmohan Singh, was also admitted to hospital yesterday with high fever after being tested positive for Covid. He has received two doses of Covaxin and was, according to sources, hospitalised as "a matter of precaution". Also Read:
