In Pinky Dhaliwal’s arrest case, the Punjab and Haryana High Court has withheld the music producer as ‘unlawful.’ The direction has come as a major relief to the music producer who was recently arrested by the Punjab’s Mataur Police. The order was pronounced on his son’s petition, citing the illegitimate arrest of his father by the Mohali police.
The owner of Music Company Mad4Music and Amar Audio, was arrested outside his house in Sector 71, Mohali after Sunanda Sharma made serious allegations against him. The singer alleged that Dhaliwal subjected her to severe financial exploitation over the years by pressuring her to perform at events and concerts without providing any rightful compensation.
