Pinky Dhaliwal’s Sky Digital has filed a defamation case against Punjabi singer Kaka Ji for Rs. 10 Crore, following which the court has prohibited the singer from working. According to reports, if the singer couldn’t prove his allegations, he would have to pay the monetary consequences.
For the unversed, Kaka Ji had filed a case against Pinky Dhaliwal’s Sky Digital India Private Limited claimed that he was duped by the company. He stated that his revenue was being controlled by the company and the exact amount of his revenue was never revealed. They had been trying to resolve the matter amicably from past 7 months, but nothing fruitful could happen.
Therefore, while they’re planning to file a legal suit against them, Sunanda Sharma also shared her post making shocking allegations. In addition to this, Kaka also claimed that once a singer comes out in public to make such allegations, he also risks his life and accessibility to his own money.
