Nearly three years after the demise of Punjabi folk singer, Gurmeet Bawa, her husband S. Kirpal Singh Bawa passed away on March 11. His last rites were carried out today at 4 p.m. at cremation ground, Gurudwara Shahidan Sahib in Amritsar. Bawa’s daughter, Galori Bawa confirmed the news of his demise and revealed that her father wasn’t keeping well for quite some time.
For the unversed, S. Kirpal Singh Bawa was also one of the most celebrated singers in the Punjabi industry.
Gurmeet Bawa had passed away on November 21, 2021 at the age of 77.
